Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Standard US shipping is free on orders $35+. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99 in the US. We currently ship to US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or wrong size or color chosen. Please check sizes before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You usually don't need to send the item back. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Message us right away and we'll do our best to catch it before production. Once an item is in production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Why might my order arrive in separate packages?
Items in one order can be made by different print partners, so they may ship separately.
Are the photos real?
Product photos are digital mockups, and some lifestyle photos are AI-generated scenes. Colors and print placement may vary slightly.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account.
